Terms

These terms cover this website and online booking with Whitlock Garage Door.

Prices on this site

Prices listed here are starting prices, each for the scope written beside it. You get the exact price for your door at the visit, before any work starts.

Booking online

An online booking holds the window you picked until we confirm it with you by phone or email. To move or cancel, call (925) 272-7700 before the window opens.

The estimate visit

Coming out to look at the door and quote it is free. Work you approve is described on the written estimate or invoice you get from us.

This website

If anything on this site differs from your written estimate, the estimate is what counts.
